Located between the Dordogne and Garonne rivers, Chateau de la Vieille Tour benfits from the mild and humid air which rises up from the sea and travels down the Garonne valley. Situated 70 kilometers to the south-east of Bordeaux and 10 kilometers from La Reole, the estate stretches over the right bank of the river and across the hillsides of Saint Michel de Lapujade.
Made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle, this is clean and crisp with citrus-stone fruits, hints of white flowers and lively acidity. We love this wine with all manner of shellfish, seafood and veggie dishes. It also makes for a lovely aperitif.
